Senior IT Support Specialist

The job

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist with 3+ years of experience to be based at our headquarters in Lyngby, Denmark. You will mainly be involved in the following tasks:

  • Technical and functional support on critical cloud document management systems, primarily supplied by Veeva Systems (SaaS), for our customers
  • Work by the ITIL principles primarily within incident management, request fulfilment, and access management
  • Support users via mail, chat and phone. Primarily back-office, but local customer contact may happen via occasional site visits
  • System configuration and development of support procedures
  • Plan and execute system evaluations

Once established, further options for development could include heading the development of our operations/support department and function as team lead and support trainer.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experienced supporter 3+ years
  • GxP and Pharma experience
  • ServiceNow or other ITSM-system experience
  • ITIL certification is a plus but not required
  • Veeva Vault Administrator Certificate is a plus but not required
  • Strong oral and written skills in at least English and Danish
