Business Analyst / Business Consulting for our Customer Engagement practice area

About the position
We are seeking Business Analysts with at least 1 year of experience in implementing IT solutions in life science companies. Your main task will be to translate our pharma customers’ business needs into user stories and technology and to participate in implementation projects for high-profile clients – from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate has successfully completed the first IT projects and is ready to specialize in delivering complex projects.
The position is placed in the Customer Engagement practice area within BASE, which combines highly specialized business knowledge of the pharma commercial domain with in-depth technology expertise to maximize the value creation from the digital platform of our clients.
The position can be placed in Denmark, Switzerland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy or the UK.
What experiences do you bring?
As a minimum, we expect you to have 1 year of experience as an IT Business Analyst within life science, specifically:
- Deep hands-on understanding of the commercial or R&D processes in life science companies.
- Successful track record of participating in IT projects in a life science company.
- Business analyst toolbox including tools like CPRE (IREP) or similar.
- Ability to structure tasks and sense of details.
- Ability to run Workshops, documentation & customer alignments in English. Any other European language is a plus!
Furthermore, the ideal candidate also has:
- A BSc or MSc from a leading university in e.g., computer science, finance, economics, information technology, or engineering or similar experience.
- Practical experience with agile and waterfall project management.
- Proven experience with implementing cloud solutions.
- Understanding of GxP is a plus.
- Knowledge of Veeva, IQVIA and/or Salesforce solutions is a plus.
- Ability to structure and present complex situations to a set of various stakeholders including executive levels
