We are on the lookout for a part-time assistant to help us secure our core ability to staff the right consultants for the right job. Are you up for an exciting and challenging role where you need to juggle many stakeholders and project allocations, then you might be the assistant we are looking for!
Why do we need you?
With continuous growth and presence in seven countries, we are scaling rapidly to support the high demand for our niche consulting and technology services. This requires that we have well-functioning processes in place for assigning our specialized consultants to the correct projects. Therefore, we are looking for an Operational Assistant to help facilitate a smooth and well-running resource allocation process.
You will be part of a small, dedicated resource management team, and be directly involved in ensuring the project engine runs smoothly across all our affiliates on a day-to-day basis. Furthermore, you will be actively involved in optimizing and improving the process to ensure we transition towards a sustainable model with continuing growth. Finally, you will be assisting our COO with ad hoc tasks that have operational priority.
We are looking for an Operational Assistant that can drive the following tasks:
- Assist in allocating consultants to relevant projects based on experience
- Communication with project managers and engagement leads on project allocation
- Ensuring flawless data quality in resource management processes
- Maintaining integrations between relevant systems
- Sending regular reminders to consultants and people managers
- Follow up on deviations in reported hours
- Track our employees’ mandatory training and manage certifications
You are currently studying for a degree in Business Administration or something similar and have at least 1 year left of your studies. Most importantly, you are detail and process-oriented, good at stakeholder management and IT proficient. The position is ideal if you want to pursue a career in Consulting and want to gain insights to the operation and core processes of a consulting company.
In addition, we look for the following qualities in the applicant:
- Strong written and oral skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Experienced user of Excel
- A high level of personal drive and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to meet deadlines
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about the life science and pharmaceutical industry
