About the position
We are seeking Business Consulting professionals with at least 3 years of experience in consulting clients on digital marketing, customer engagement, commercial technology or business processes. Your main tasks will be to provide consulting services to our pharma clients on projects related to e.g. omnichannel campaigns and campaign operations, setting up commercial IT infrastructure, analysis of commercial data and optimizing commercial processes.
The position is placed in the Customer Engagement practice area within BASE, which combines business knowledge of the pharma commercial domain with technology expertise to maximize the value creation from the digital platforms of our clients.
The position can be located in Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, or the UK.
What experiences do you bring?
As a minimum, we expect you to have 3 years of experience as a consultant or similar within life science, such as:
- Understanding of the commercial processes in life science companies.
- Previous experience in a consultancy firm or other similar position.
- Successful track record of participating in IT projects in a life science company.
- Understanding commercial processes
- Ability to independently plan and lead a project
- Stakeholder management of senior stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts
Furthermore, the ideal candidate also has:
- A BSc or MSc from a leading university in e.g., business, computer science, finance, economics, information technology, or engineering or similar experience.
- Knowledge of Veeva, IQVIA and/or Salesforce solutions is a plus.
Lastly, we expect you to be willing to continuously build knowledge in the digital solutions and business areas where BASE is a leader, as we desire like-minded people who are curious and constantly seek new knowledge.
