We are looking for a Veeva CRM Consultant to be based in Spain

About the role
As a Veeva Specialist, you have a fundamental understanding of commercial business areas in and outside life science, excellent technical acumen, and the ability to distill business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems, by translating customer requirements into implementation plans. An integral part of your role is working with clients to further their CRM through Customer Engagement.
A solid understanding of Veeva CRM technology including Veeva ecosystem, data models, and common integration points with SFDC marketing systems and third-party technology solutions. As a subject matter expert for Veeva CRM, you can build an end-to-end application, integrating external HCP information and configuring all different profiles needed.
Leveraging your expertise, you will estimate and engineer reliable solution implementation projects, together with a PM, to deliver the designed solution by joining a hybrid team of internal resources, client teams and vendors/service providers and act as a reference point for the solution design throughout the implementation project, monitoring risks and resolving challenges.
As a minimum, we expect you to have above 2-3 years proven experience as a Consultant within Veeva, specifically:
- Certified in Veeva CRM Admin
- Deep hands-on understanding of all aspects of the Veeva CRM platform configuration & customization.
- Ability to define standards & best practice and ensure compliance in the configuration & development team
- Access & Security
- No-code config like flows, etc.
- APEX, LWC, Events
- Experience in managing an internal / external / nearshore configuration & development team
- Robust understanding of IT architecture concepts
- Ability to participate in design workshops with the customer & ongoing alignment with the IT department
Furthermore, the ideal candidate has:
- Studies in computer science, information technology, or engineering or similar experience
- Practical experience with agile and waterfall project management
- Proven experience with implementing cloud solutions
- Understanding of GxP is a plus
- Knowledge IQVIA and/or Salesforce solutions is a plus
- Understanding of the pharma & life science market would be beneficial
Lastly, we expect you to be willing to continuously build knowledge in the IT solutions and business areas where BASE is a leader, as we desire like-minded people who are curious and constantly seek new knowledge.
While our aim is to deliver most of our services remotely for workshops travel to customer sites will be required.
