About the role
We are currently looking to expand our team of experts in the Commercial Content Excellence team to match the growing needs in the industry. In the Content Excellence Team, you will be part of a team consisting of +15 Consultants with experience ranging from Configuration and Operational support to Project Management and Business Analysis. The team specializes in core Commercial Content platforms such as Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva Vault MedComms and various supporting solutions in the Commercial Content ecosystem, such as Content Authoring platforms and Digital Asset Management systems.
The team also collaborates closely with other core BASE teams, such as the AI Solutions team, to build PromoMats-focused AI solutions for our customers. To match the growing need within this space, we are looking for experienced Subject Matter Experts that understand the day-to-day commercial content challenges and use cases in the pharmaceutical industry and can translate these into concrete requirements for our AI Engineers.
As a Content Offering SME your responsibilities include:
- Drive and manage Commercial Content projects as a Project Manager.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing insights to the team on content processes, use cases, ways of working or challenges.
- Act as a point of contact for the project team towards customer stakeholders.
- Support in identifying areas of AI growth and opportunities in the Commercial Content space.
Sales
- Identify and implement new offerings and changes to the current offering in line with industry trends.
- Identification of new use cases, tools, processes, and methodologies to amplify the offering capabilities.
- Develop compelling value propositions.
- Build go-to market approach for respective offerings.
Delivery
- Deliver as SME to build and strengthen client relationship and manage upselling.
- Support enablement of the Consulting lead and team for respective offerings.
Organization Support
- Work along with the Consulting lead and the Delivery team for proposals as well as the Sales team.
We offer this position primarily in the United States (ideally East/ West Coast).
What makes you the best person for this job?
- +5 years of experience from a Consulting company, ideally operating in the pharmaceutical industry or direct industry expertise from a Commercial Content team.
- Project and stakeholder management experience.
- Creative thinking abilities to build unique offerings and identify use case and opportunities within the AI space.
- Outstanding presentation skills in sales & SME context.
- Ability to draw solution scenarios of different client inputs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
It will be a plus if you have these additional capabilities:
- Veeva Vault Certification or end user experience.
