About the role

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s quality assurance and regulatory compliance programs. This role is fundamental to ensure that all operations and processes meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

You will be also collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality, provide training on compliance protocols, and ensure timely resolution of non-conformities. Additionally, the role involves monitoring changes in industry regulations and adapting company policies accordingly to maintain full compliance.

As a Head of Quality your responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement quality control systems and measures across the organization that are fit for BASE strategy.
• Oversee project activities to ensure they are compliant with quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and IT professionals to ensure the highest quality of solutions.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
• Facilitate audits with customers.

On top of this, you have the following competences:

• Preferable master’s degree.
• General knowledge of pharma and experience working with Veeva Vault.
• Strategic project and Stakeholder management in various settings (preferably by certification in a project methodology).
• Strategy development and execution.
• People management and talent development: Leadership skills to nurture talent within the team.
• Operations Management: Oversight of operational processes and efficiency.
• Legal, Privacy and Compliance knowledge: Understanding of legal and compliance requirements.
• Data Privacy and ISO27001 training: Commitment to data security standards.
• Proven Quality Assurance Leadership: Experience in an IT consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools: Ensure quality standards are met.
• Technical Writing: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong project management skills.
• Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to share ideas and instructions with their team.

It will be a plus if you have these additional capabilities:

• Relevant certifications in quality or pharma is a plus.
