About the role

As an OCM Manager, you will be responsible for the change management in our customers’ digital transformations and change initiatives, all the way from initial success definition and stakeholder engagement to execution and implementation. In the projects, you will apply your ability to confidently drive and manage all types of changes by utilizing your fit-for-purpose portfolio of methodologies and tools within OCM.

All projects are unique, but as an OCM Manager you are expected to:

  • Work closely with the customer in defining the change management strategy and approach and, subsequently, drive the execution of it.
  • Be able to challenge and influence business processes and rollout strategies for the benefit of the customers’ organization and the change adoption.
  • Define and execute on communication plans and training plans while guiding stakeholders in the execution of the plans.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels and build engagement from leadership and change partners in a credible and trustworthy manner, creating long-lasting change networks in the customers’ organization.
  • Work closely with the project teams in agile setups, championing the use of best practice OCM tools and approaches.

We offer this position in Spain, Denmark & United Kingdom.

You know how to manage a tricky project with many different stakeholders and possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

As a minimum, it is expected that you:

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree with above-average academic achievements.
  • Have proven capabilities and/or 5+ years of experience of working as a Change Manager, delivering and implementing OCM strategies either as consultant or internal employee.
  • Have a strong consultancy toolbox that can be utilized in other fields than OCM.
  • Have excellent communication skills and master English at a professional level, both orally and in writing.
  • Hold relevant certifications within OCM, preferably Prosci ADKAR, as well as SAFe agile framework.

It is not a requirement to have work experience in life science, rather, you should be able to identify with the following characteristics:
