About the role 

Within our Commercial Consulting domain, we are looking for Senior Consultants who bring a strong consulting mindset and a solid understanding of the Sales & Marketing value chain in the life sciences industry. You will work on a variety of strategic and operational projects — from process optimization and system implementation to change management and cross-functional collaboration. 

This role is well-suited for candidates with experience in consulting environments — ideally with exposure to life sciences or commercial operations — and an interest in enterprise platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or similar. Prior experience in top-tier consulting firms is a plus, but not a requirement. 

As a Senior Consultant, you will: 

  • Lead workstreams or small teams on client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment. 
  • Conduct process assessments and define future-state operating models across commercial functions. 
  • Translate business needs into system requirements and support end-to-end implementation of platforms. 
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage documentation (e.g., project plans, RAID logs). 
  • Support IT and commercial strategy definition, including CRM optimization and system integration. 
  • Drive change management activities, including training design, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing structure, insight, and industry best practices. 

 

We offer this position in Spain or Denmark. 

 

What makes you the best person for this job?  

We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious Senior Consultants who can contribute across a broad spectrum of projects — including implementation, optimization, and ongoing consulting. The role is open to candidates with either a technical background or a business consulting mindset, as long as you bring curiosity, structure, and a collaborative spirit. 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping clients translate business goals into scalable, system-supported solutions. 

On top of this, you have the following competences: 

  • 3+ years of experience ideally in project-based roles within consulting or the life sciences sector. 
  • Experience within the commercial field, e.g. digital marketing or CRM. 
  • Technical understanding is a plus, especially for projects involving IT collaboration. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva, or other CRM systems is a strong advantage. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.  
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and confidently present to diverse audiences. 
  • Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn.  
  • Comfortable working in agile teams and remote environments. 

It will be a plus if you have these additional capabilities:  

  • Experience working in global or regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance). 
  • Prior consulting experience — especially in top-tier consulting firms — is valued but not required. 
  • Exposure to enterprise platform rollouts or system integration projects. 
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. 
  • Experience contributing to Salesforce Effectiveness initiatives, including CRM usage optimization, sales process alignment, and support for user adoption strategies. 
  • Interest in emerging technologies and AI.
